Shared Services South Australia (SSA) has been able to process 3,500 invoices and 400 purchase orders every single day since implementing Basware’s purchase-to-pay (P2P) solution, with more than 12,000 users using the solution.

Not only was the technology rollout delivered on time and within budget, but SSA was able to see a 35% productivity increase in accounts payable after the rollout, with improved payment cycles. The number of e-invoices received went from 5% to 55%, even early within the project, which reduced costs and allowed for improved automation.
