The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 certification is the world's most widely recognized quality management standard. We specifically selected this standard to certify the Basware Quality Management System that covers the design, development, operations, customer support and sales of networked procure-to-pay and e-invoicing cloud services, specifically in the Basware locations in Finland, Romania and India.
This standard is based on many quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
