During the past year, we have been celebrating Diversity and Inclusion and raising awareness amongst employees through various activities such as Movember, Diwali, Black History month, World Hispanic Month, Independence Day and launched the Women at Work and Young Professionals mentoring programs.
A FOCUS ON WELLBEING
Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees is one of the key focus areas at Basware.
In many circumstances, our flexible work environment allows for fully remote, hybrid, or fully in-office work situations. Many of our positions enable our employees to work from wherever they feel most comfortable and confident.
In 2021, we are concentrating on three focus areas in regards to our work initiatives: a hybrid model of remote work, how we work, and communicating more efficiently. We emphasise working smarter, not harder, and boast a managerial team who puts their teammates first and advocates for them while enabling growth.
We host webinars, learning days, and utilise multiple collaborative technologies and software to help support everyone with the day-to-day aspects of working, as well as for many, a new way of working remotely.
