Personal Data Transfer Annexes on behalf of the customer: Annexes to the Personal Data Processing Appendix, applicable as far as Basware’s processing of customer’s personal data is subject to any EEA data protection law and the personal data is transferred to any of these subprocessors involved in the performance of Basware services to the customer:
Rackspace US Inc. on behalf of each Rackspace Group entity that is established outside the EEA, unless if personal data is transferred for processing in a country for which the EU Commission has decided that that country ensures an adequate level of personal data protection, or if the related entity has achieved binding corporate rules approval from the competent supervisory authority or has in place any other appropriate safeguard as foreseen under the data protection law [released 12 August 2020]
