Panasonic Energy Europe supplies tens of thousands of deliveries from their factors to customers across Europe each year, sending out more than 30,000 invoices annually, so they decided to lighten their workload and improve efficiency by automating the flow of outgoing invoices to Basware.
In order to reduce the operational workload of their Direct Sales Offices (DSOs) and give them more time for strategic tasks, Panasonic moved to Basware’s e-invoicing solution. Customers can now choose between using Panasonic’s EDI-system and Basware Invoicing – but it’s cheaper for them if they use Basware.
Basware’s e-invoicing solution is in use by Panasonic in Sweden, Denmark, France, the UK, Germany, Austria, Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary which allows them to work efficiently and use less paper.
