In order to activate suppliers to send e-invoices, Basware contacts and activates the suppliers currently sending paper invoices on your behalf, allowing your own employees to use their time more efficiently.

Suppliers that are not yet ready for one of these alternatives can send their invoices to a Basware Scan and Capture service, where paper invoices are converted into e-invoices and delivered to you as e-invoices.
