Webinar: Understanding the value of e-Invoicing to your Accounts Receivable Process

For many organizations, the value of an e-invoice received into their AP process is clear and understood. It’s perfectly quantifiable and there are plenty of reports which will tell you the impact to your cost-per-invoice KPI. For AR departments, the cost of out-bound sales invoices is often less well understood. Organizations sending all their invoices as paper documents probably have the most pain and the highest costs but what about an organization that sends all invoices as pdf images via email?

In this webinar we will try to tackle the phalacy that emailed pdfs are the cheapest and best way to send your sales invoices. We will discuss the opportunity cost of using email rather than xml as a means for invoicing and we will illustrate the value of buyer-supplier collaboration through e-commerce which results when paper/pdf/OCR is removed from the process.

Who should attend?

You should join this webinar if you are in Accounts Receivable and you are interested in reducing your Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). You should join this webinar if you are interested in early payment opportunities to improve cash flows and you should join this webinar if you are serious about networked purchase to pay and closer, more mutually beneficial working relationships within your supply chain.
