Who are Tokmanni?

Tokmanni is a Finnish retail chain and has approximately 200 stores across the Nordic region. The company employs approximately 3,200 people and had a turnover of 796 million in 2017.

What was the challenge we helped them to resolve?

Tokmanni is processing approximately 500,000 invoices a year and at least 450,000 direct purchase orders. Almost 70% of their orders are matched to POs so when the time came to replace their software with a modern, browser-based solution they needed a full purchase-to-pay (P2P) solution. That’s why they came to Basware.

Not only does Basware’s new, cloud-based P2P solution include matching and invoice batch processing features, it also allows Tokmanni to create payment templates for recurring invoices and leverage Basware’s advanced reporting and analytics. As a result, Tokmanni can immediately see the total level of invoice matching, the share of invoices, and the number of invoices paid on time.
