If you want to change or add the email addresses from which you send invoices, you will need to:

  1. Visit Basware Portal.
  2. Click Services
  3. Open the PDF e-Invoice for Sending Service page/ View details.
  4. Enter the new email address (or change it) under "I send invoices from" box
