In case you haven’t heard, on March 31 we welcomed a new addition to the Basware family - Verian. We acquired Verian because we value their expertise, skills and market leading solutions. With this leading cloud-based purchase-to-pay solution provider in the US now on board, we can leverage our complementary strengths and synergies, and we’re particularly delighted about what that means for organizations of all sizes in North America.

This is great news for all North American customers because together with Verian we can provide a wider offering and services portfolio and we now have a stronger and larger organization to support our current and future customers.
