Toyota implemented Basware’s AP Automation solution to modernise its finance and administration function. The new solution improved invoice validation and dispute management, resulting in time and cost savings for the company and increasing job satisfaction and performance of the accounts payable team.
The time savings was significant: The AP department saw a savings of around 8 working hours per month, and the Finance Department experienced a savings of 50 working hours a month. Thanks to the monitoring view, budget monitoring was also significantly optimised and processes were streamlined.
