Heineken decided to consolidate its IT, HR facilities management, and finance functions into a shared service center to serve 25 business and sales units across the country – primarily to deliver efficiencies. They brought in Basware’s end-to-end automated invoice processing solution to help them manage everything from scanning and order matching to archiving.
Basware was able to integrate with their existing IT infrastructure – five different ERP instances, each supporting different business units – quickly and easily with the involvement and support of Basware’s partner and reseller, Ricoh, and Heineken has not looked back since. Now over 90% of income electronic order-related invoices are matched automatically.
