Espoo, Finland, 7 August, 2017 – Basware, the global leader in providing networked purchase-to-pay solutions, e-invoicing and innovative financing services today announced that its customer, Bradken Ltd., is moving to Basware’s cloud-based purchase-to-pay service, while extending its use to multiple countries.
Michael Pyliotis, Vice President, APAC at Basware said, “We are pleased that Bradken is expanding its commitment as they move their purchase-to-pay solution to the cloud and extend their e-invoicing use worldwide. While Bradken was an existing user of our on-premise solutions, this move will increase their flexibility, while significantly improving their purchase-to-pay automation levels and allowing them to connect digitally with their global supplier base. The cloud solution will also give them access to the latest innovations via ongoing, regular updates, as well as providing 24/7 access using any internet-connected device to our solutions around the world.”
Bradken is a global manufacturer and supplier of differentiated consumable and capital products to the mining, transport, general industrial and contract manufacturing markets. Moving to the cloud will aid Bradken’s expansion of Basware Purchase-to-Pay from their base in Australia to extended regions including the United States, China, New Zealand and Singapore.
The new cloud-based solution increases Bradken’s purchase-to-pay automation level by receiving e-invoices directly into the system and automatically applying touchless invoice processing by matching invoices to purchase orders and contracts. With extensive analytics capabilities they can better control the purchase-to-pay process and improve visibility into their organisation-wide spend, suppliers and invoices. Bradken can now make everyone in their organisation more productive by supporting new ways of working.
