How to create an External Webshop Requisition

1. Click Purchasing > External webshops.

2. Click the link to the desired webshop to get re-directed to the external webshop.

3. In the dialog that opens, click Proceed.

4. In the external webshop, search for items to purchase and add the desired items to your shopping cart.

5. When you have finalised your purchases in the external webshop, click checkout or other similar action. The shopping cart will be added to Your requisition and you will be redirected back to Edge to complete the purchase requisition.

6. If you need to order from different external webshops, repeat steps 1-5.



  • You can remove an item from Your requisition by clicking on the cross next to the item.
  • To remove all the items, click on the downward arrow (More actions) > Clear requisition.

7. When you have reviewed that the items are correct and you are ready to complete the requisition, click Get approval.

8. In the dialog that opens fill in the mandatory data (approver, purpose, desired delivery date, delivery address).

9. Click Get approval. The purchase requisition is sent to workflow to the selected approver.
