Basware Customer Support Service Description and Service Level Agreement

This appendix represents a Support Service Description and Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the companies named in the agreement order form annex for the services specified and agreed in the order form. The purpose of this agreement is to ensure that the proper elements and commitments are in place to provide support to the Customer by Basware.
