What was the challenge we helped to resolve?

DHL Express believe in automation and standardisation as a way of improving efficiency. After DHL Freight in Norway implemented Basware solutions in 2013, DHL Express saw value in our solutions and how they could standardise their P2P processes and gain consistent KPI reporting.

Both organisations rolled out the solutions across multiple countries, integrating with multiple ERP’s to standardise invoice processing across the board. The additional benefit of this is that global reporting data can be exported instantly, giving an easy overview of like-for-like comparisons across countries which helps aid decision-makers.
