Basware signs a reseller agreement with Aeonvis to increase presence in Italy

Espoo, Finland, 26 November 2018 — Basware (Nasdaq: BAS1V), the global leader in networked source-to-pay solutions, e-invoicing and innovative financing services, and Aeonvis, an Italian consulting and system integration company that implements and manages customers change programs, have signed a partnership agreement where Aeonvis will have the opportunity to offer Basware P2P and e-Invoicing solutions in Italy.

The partnership with Aeonvis directly supports Basware's strategy to extend its coverage to southern Europe. Aeonvis’ capability to help local and international companies to implement digital transformation projects, convinced Basware to work with this 15-year-old company.
