Downtime is a critical issue when it involves the lifeblood of your business. That’s why the Basware customer support team is on hand to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Our support teams are available in offices around the world and speak multiple languages.

Two levels of support to suit your needs

We work hard to provide the best possible tools to keep things running smoothly and we offer two levels of support to suit your business needs. All Basware customers are eligible for standard support and can contact the Basware support team for assistance during office hours. Our extended support package gives prioritized access to the Basware support team for a rapid response, with optional 24/5 assistance.

Basware also offers customer service level coordination, with regular meetings and clear processes for escalation management, all handled by a customer service manager. Our customer service management option adds access to domain and solution experts who can implement change requests, and meet with your management and service-level teams to plan support programs.
