Financial process automation gaining momentum in the public sector

Serving approximately 300 organizations under various Norwegian ministries, the Agency will now be able to control and automate the entire process from purchase requisition creation and purchase invoice handling to transfer to payment. Implementation of the Basware Enterprise Purchase to Pay solution is set to start in November.

With the Basware solution, the numerous ministries and organizations can centralize procurement and invoice handling processes and thus achieve greater efficiency and cost savings. With help of the Basware solution, the Norwegian Government Agency for Financial Management aims at strengthening financial management within the Norwegian public sector and improving resource efficiency.
