Riku Roos appointed as head of Basware's new Customer Care unit
Basware, the leading provider of e-invoicing and purchase-to-pay solutions, has established a new centralized unit for customer support. The Customer Care unit will be responsible for the development and improvement of customer support at Basware and the 1st and 2nd line support for all Basware solutions and services.
Executive Team member Riku Roos has been appointed as head of the new unit with the title of Senior Vice President, Customer Care, as of July 1, 2015. He will report to Esa Tihilä, CEO, Basware Corporation. Mr. Roos has been employed by Basware since 2007, and a member of Basware Executive Team since 2012. Previously, he was responsible for Basware's Network Services business.

Vice President Perttu Nihti will assume responsibility for the Network Services business for the time being. The company has begun the process of recruiting a new Executive Team member.
