Changes in Basware's Executive Team

On November 2, 2016, Riku Roos has stepped down from his position on the Basware Executive Team as the head of Customer Care and will pursue opportunities outside the company.

Executive Team member and Senior Vice President, Professional Services Matti Rusi will take responsibility of the Customer Care function. Rusi reports to Vesa Tykkyläinen, CEO, Basware Corporation.

Basware is now planning to introduce a new single delivery function, Customer Services, that will manage post-sales customer facing activities, combining Basware's professional services, customer support and activation services globally.
