The purpose of Basware investor relations and communications is to provide reliable, transparent and timely information about the Company to the markets, so the shareholders can evaluate Basware as an investment target and decide on their holdings.
Before publishing quarterly and full-year financials, a  four week period of silence is followed during which no questions on the performance of the Company are answered.
