the Financial Supervision Authority, and the Company's Corporate Governance Statement.
Purpose of the Disclosure Policy
The purpose of Basware Corporation's disclosure policy is to disclose information in a way that provides all market parties with access to equal and transparent information on the financial position and operations of the Company for the purpose of making investment decisions.
Basware’s disclosure policy complies with Finnish and EU legislation, regulations of the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd, recommendations of Financial Supervisory Authority and Basware Corporate Governance Statement. Basware’s separate disclosure policy was approved in the Board of Directors’s meeting on January 20, 2011.
