CEO

The Board of Directors appoints the CEO. The CEO is in charge of the management of the company's business operations and governance in accordance with the Articles of Association, the Finnish Companies Act and the instructions given by the Board. The CEO is assisted in the management of the group by the Executive Team. Ilkka Sihvo acted as the CEO of the company January 1, 2011-October 16, 2011 and Esa Tihilä October 17, 2011-December 31, 2011.
